Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
Support attendance management, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Coordinate training sessions and support learning & development programs.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support.
Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and compliance requirements.




Build positive relationships with employees and help maintain a collaborative workplace.
Work closely with department heads to support hiring and organizational growth.
Perform other HR-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals.
