Job Title: Dialysis Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to provide secure and effective dialysis treatment to patients with kidney-related disorders. The candidate will be responsible for preparing dialysis equipment, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring high standards of patient care while adhering to hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate dialysis machines before each treatment session
Assess and prepare patients for dialysis procedures
Monitor patients' vital signs before, during, and after dialysis
Observe patients for any complications and immediately report abnormalities to the nephrologist or nursing staff
Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation
Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of dialysis machines and equipment
Follow infection prevention and biomedical waste management protocols
Assist in patient education regarding dialysis care and treatment




Ensure adequate availability of dialysis consumables and report stock requirements
Adhere to NABH, NMC, and hospital policies and quality standards

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Dialysis Technology
Valid certification (if applicable)
Sound knowledge of dialysis procedures, infection control practices, and patient safety

Experience:
2–4 years preferred
Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience)
