Duties and responsibilities:
Monitoring work of project/junior architects and assigning them tasks. Ensuring that the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
Acting as a mentor to recent architects and helping them improve their skills.
Re-view architectural drawings produced by junior architects and maintain accurate up-to-date construction drawings and details.
Re-view BOQ’s and estimates. Work on creating BOQ’s for interior and architectural projects.
Manage schedule of deliverables and track progress.
Co-ordination with site engineers, supervisors, contractors and vendors. Providing guidance to them and helping them understand design requirements & specifications.
Co-ordinating with structural, MEP and other consultants and ensuring all issues are addressed in timely manner and that project deadlines are met.



Oversee co-ordination between project architects and consultants.
Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and government regulations
Researching and enquiring about different materials. Adhering to specified budgets and requirements.
Guiding multiple projects from start to finish. Analysing and resolving technical problems
Undertaking regular site visits and checks.
Apply appropriate techniques to transfer design drawings into detailed construction drawings consistent with the requirements of the projects.
Preparing preliminary designs & layouts. Working on design development.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
