Hiring SAP FAM AMS Consultant / SAP Investment Accounting Support Engineer

About the Role
Creospan is hiring experienced SAP professionals for a long-term Banking & Financial Services project. We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in SAP Financial Asset Management (SAP FAM), Investment Accounting, SAP Basis/Application Support, and Application Management Services (AMS). The role involves production support, incident management, application maintenance, SAP administration, and continuous platform improvements.

Job Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP Financial Asset Management (SAP FAM) applications.
Manage incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement permanent fixes.
Support SAP FI/GL, SAP FS-SR, SAP Solution Manager, and Transport Management.
Maintain SAP configurations including valuation areas, accounting principles, posting specifications, workflows, security roles, and position management.
Perform SAP Basis administration including transport management, system monitoring,



performance tuning, user administration, patching, upgrades, and setting refreshes.
Support background jobs, batch scheduling, interface monitoring, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot application, interface, reconciliation, valuation, posting, and reporting issues.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors for issue resolution and platform support.
Provide month-end, quarter-end, and year-end production support, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting assistance.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge repositories.
Drive automation, monitoring improvements, platform optimization, and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills
Strong experience in SAP Financial Asset Management (SAP FAM)
Experience in Application Management Services (AMS) and Production Support
SAP FI/GL and Investment Accounting knowledge
