Roles & Responsibilities
Provide strong technology leadership and collaborate closely with customers to deliver business solutions
Review and guide technical design to ensure optimal architecture and implementation
Ensure adherence to application engineering guidelines, processes, and best practices
Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications




Work with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business goals
Evaluate service-level issues and implement improvements to enhance system performance
Write high-quality code aligned with coding standards and architectural principles
Mentor team members on best practices and modern development methodologies
Drive adoption of relevant technologies to improve engineering efficiency
Ensure delivery of solutions with the highest quality standards
Participate in software development lifecycle including analysis, development, testing, and deployment
Identify and resolve production and non-production application issues
Convert business requirements into technical deliverables (Agile stories/tasks)
