Position Description: An exciting chance for a fresh graduate to build a career in App Store Optimization (ASO). You will work closely with ASO team to learn and execute organic growth strategies, keyword optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple global markets. This role is designed to develop your ASO skill set from the ground up, with structured mentorship and hands-on exposure to real client accounts.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing ASO strategies for apps across global markets including India, Southeast Asia, LATAM & GCC, under the guidance of senior team members
Support collaboration with Apple Search Ads (ASA) teams to understand keyword overlaps and paid-organic synergy
Work with design and product teams to help develop creative assets such as app icons, screenshots, and promotional videos, and assist in tracking A/B testing results
Conduct keyword research, assist with metadata updates, and learn to use industry-leading ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower,



AppRadar, or Apptopia
Support competitive analysis and category benchmarking to help identify keyword gaps and optimization opportunities
Learn end-to-end ASO management across Google Play Console and App Store Connect, including exposure to CPP/CSL optimization, localization, and pre-order/event features
Assist the sales team by helping prepare ASO Health Checks and audits for prospective clients
Help document optimization impact and contribute to performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients
Support senior specialists in managing client accounts, gradually taking on more ownership as skills develop
Contribute fresh ideas to grow organic market share through improved user experience and emerging ASO practices

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (2025/2026 graduates welcome)
