MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

* 5 years of experience in program management.

* Experience leading technical discussions and plans.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong technical judgment and experience guiding technical decisions and
discussions.
* Demonstrated ability to own and deliver complex, cross-functional technical
programs end-to-end.
* Excellent ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across
engineering, product, and UX.
* Exceptional communication skills, articulating complex topics to technical
and non-technical audiences.

process of building cross-functional operating model maturity, with a focus on
effective and productive delivery at scale. You will have the opportunity to

stakeholders across different business units on their top compliance priorities,
