About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior agency experience and a proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Quick Commerce platforms (such as Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, Instamart Ads, and other marketplace advertising platforms)
Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion performance.
Conduct audience research, keyword research,



competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Develop media strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams for high-performing ad creatives.
Track conversions using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM, and other tracking tools.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
