We are looking for a technically strong and customer-focused Senior Solution Architect to help enterprises adopt a high-performance, real-time data platform for mission-critical applications. In this pre-sales role, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer challenges, design scalable architectures, and demonstrate how modern distributed database technologies can solve complex business problems.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey—from discovery and solution design to proof of concept and deployment guidance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving large-scale technical challenges, engaging with enterprise customers, and translating complex technologies into tangible business value.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the sales team to support enterprise customer engagements throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.




Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer environments, business objectives, and technical requirements.
Design scalable, high-performance architectures for mission-critical applications and real-time workloads.
Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for both technical and executive audiences.
Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements and provide technical guidance during evaluations.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and market requirements.
Recommend solution enhancements and architectural improvements based on customer use cases.
Support customers in designing resilient, distributed, and cloud-native database deployments.
Develop technical documentation, reference architectures, and best practices for customers and partners.
