About The Role

We are hiring a highly proactive lead to manage our legal and tax compliance across the US and India. You will be responsible for ensuring all filings are on time, contracts are organized, and our corporate standing is perfect in both countries. You will coordinate with CAs and lawyers to handle taxes, corporate forms, and legal documents. You must be comfortable learning new administrative laws and regulations in both the US and India to ensure our operations are airtight.

What You'll Do

Work directly with CAs and tax advisors to ensure all India and US tax filings are completed correctly.
Coordinate directly with lawyers to ensure all legal filings are handled accurately.
Maintain all corporate records, board minutes, and government forms required by law.
Organize and store all physical and digital contracts, licenses, and legal papers.
Assist with managing office logistics and ensuring administrative bills are tracked and paid.




Proactively research new labor laws or tax rules in the US and India and implement necessary changes.
Come up with unconventional but workable ideas to simplify our administrative hurdles.

Work Type: Full time - 6 days per week in-office
Work Location: New Delhi, India
Prior startup experience is highly valued.
Compensation Range: Competitive and market-aligned. The final package depends on skills, experience, and abilities – not your degree.
