About The Role

You own all organic distribution. Your goal is to make our platform go viral and hit the top of the charts without using traditional paid channels. You will have the opportunity to build your own team and the freedom to go crazy with ideas.

What You'll Do

Create content that goes viral instantly.
Find, contact, and coordinate groups of influencers to run promotions.
Organize campus events, local outreach, and creative stunts to get users.
Control the visual style, music, and pacing of all organic content to ensure it performs well.
Hire the specialists you need (videographers, creators, etc.) to scale your efforts.
Act on social media trends immediately.

What We're Looking For

You have worked for a consumer app company and have a proven history of making things go viral.




You come up with unconventional ideas that actually work and drive real downloads.
You do not need instructions. You find opportunities and execute them yourself.
You know exactly what makes a video or image successful on social media.
You are good at talking to influencers and partners to get them to work with us.
You focus on high-impact distribution that leads to actual app downloads.

Availability:
Work Type: Full-time - 6 days per week in-office
Work Location: Bay Area, California / Recent Delhi, India
Prior startup experience is highly valued.
Compensation Range: Competitive and market-aligned. The final package depends on skills, experience, and abilities – not your degree.
