About The Role

We are looking for a high-energy Influencer Marketing Associate to own the end-to-end lifecycle of US influencer partnerships, from clinical identification and high-stakes negotiation to financial closing. Beyond managing external talent, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our internal operations. What You'll Do

Identify and vet high-potential influencers and viral pages specifically within the USA market that align with our niche and target demographics.
Own the entire funnel: initial outreach, discovery calls, aggressive price negotiations, and contract management.
Monitor timelines to ensure influencers deliver high-quality content that meets creative briefs and posts on schedule.
Manage creator payments and monetary transactions.
Maintain precise databases of partnerships and track the usage of software tools.
Spot emerging viral pages ('the next big thing')



for show announcements and execute high-volume outreach campaigns.
Log campaign ROI, manage resource allocation, and ensure seamless delivery across creative and marketing teams.
Source top-tier talent and onboard new hires who have a strong pulse on digital trends to scale the influencer marketing department.

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a high-intensity operations role.
Deep understanding of US social media culture, including slang, TikTok trends, and content that resonates with American audiences.
Detail-oriented multitasker capable of managing 100+ active conversations across Slack, Email, WhatsApp, and DMs.
Comfortable communicating and negotiating with professional agents and influencers to secure the best value.
Existing network of US-based influencers/creators or robust knowledge of databases and tools to source the
