About The Role

We're hiring a Long Form Video Editor to craft compelling, high-retention faceless documentary videos that masterfully blend strong hooks, storytelling, and visual depth for YouTube.

What You'll Do

Edit highly engaging, faceless long-form videos using Premiere Pro and After Effects
Craft powerful first-minute hooks to maximize initial viewer retention
Build solid narratives using extensive B-roll, seamless pacing, and strategic cuts
Design dynamic parallax edits, motion graphics, and immersive sound design
Maintain organized project files and timelines, and implement feedback rapidly

What We're Looking For

Proven experience editing faceless, documentary-style content for YouTube
Strong hook-building knowledge and expertise in creating complex parallax effects
Exceptional storytelling instincts, pacing skills, and an eye for visual detail
Deep passion for long-form video mechanics, deep-dives, and creator culture
Sharp, responsible, highly creative, and capable of consistently hitting deadlines
