We're hiring a Short Form Video Editor to craft fast-paced, scroll-stopping content that drives massive engagement and retention across multiple social media accounts.
What You'll Do
Edit high-retention, fast-paced short-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro (or equivalent tools)
Design and animate engaging captions, graphics, and kinetic typography
Execute high-energy transitions and impactful sound design to keep scrollers hooked
Collaborate closely with creative teams to optimize content for platform algorithms
Manage multiple project timelines and implement feedback rapidly
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Video Editor with deep expertise in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve,
Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software
Mastery of short-form ecosystems (Reels, Shorts) and algorithm-friendly editing
Strong text knowledge, hyper-paced editing skills, and an eye for seamless transitions
Deep passion for pop culture, creator trends, and viral video mechanics
Sharp, responsible, highly creative, and capable of consistently hitting rapid turnarounds
