We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Paid Media to lead media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization for a diverse portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive paid media strategies across digital platforms to achieve brand and business objectives.
Lead campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
Partner with clients to understand business goals and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with PR, creative, influencer, content, and strategy teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Oversee media budgets, forecasting, measurement frameworks, and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising, preferably within an agency workplace.
Strong expertise across paid media platforms and measurement tools.
Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns, media budgets, and client relationships.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive measurable business outcomes.
