Direct Reports: 2 Divisional Business Managers (DBMs)
Indirect Reports:
8–10 Regional Business Managers
Approx. 20 Area Business Managers
70–80 Reps
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE FOR ZBM – MH :
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Therapy / Business Segment : Multi-specialty & Acute Therapy
Must have handled a large business portfolio (over and above 4 Cr / month) and sales team at the ZBM / DBM / RBM level.
Should have worked extensively across MH and must have very good customer and territory knowledge of Maharashtra.
Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in team management, coaching, performance management, and people development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Reliable career history with reputed pharmaceutical organizations.
