About The Role

We're hiring a YouTube Growth Strategist who has grown their own channel from scratch to architect viral content and drive massive audience retention across our network.

What You'll Do

Apply your proven zero-to-one growth playbook to successfully scale our YouTube channels
Architect curiosity-driven storylines and high-retention scripts to maximize watch time
Direct the creation of high-CTR titles and thumbnails to dominate the Browse algorithm
Analyze deep-dive metrics in YouTube Studio to continuously optimize video performance
Capitalize on real-time internet trends to pivot strategies and capture viral traffic

What We're Looking For

Proven success building and growing your own YouTube channel entirely from scratch




Mastery of the YouTube algorithm, audience psychology, and retention-driven strategies
Strong storytelling instincts and expertise in leveraging the curiosity gap for clicks
Deep passion for digital culture, creator trends, and reverse-engineering viral success
Data-fluent, highly strategic, and capable of turning analytical insights into creative action
