We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead I to architect and build a scalable internal technology platform from the ground up. This is a highly technical leadership role suited for someone who combines robust software engineering expertise, system architecture knowledge, database design skills, and product thinking to build platforms that can support long-term business growth.
You will play a key role in designing the core technology foundation, defining engineering best practices, and leading the development of mission-critical internal systems. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while building a high-performing engineering culture.

Design and implement scalable, resilient, and future-ready system architectures for internal platforms.




Define long-term database architecture, data models, and schema designs to support evolving business needs.
Build and optimize unified operational platforms, workflow management systems, and enterprise data infrastructure.
Translate product requirements into robust technical designs and validate technical feasibility during product planning.
Lead engineering initiatives from concept to deployment while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Establish engineering standards, coding best practices, architectural guidelines, and development processes.
Build, mentor, and grow engineering teams through technical leadership and hiring support.
Design AI-ready data pipelines that support analytics, automation, and future machine learning initiatives.
Implement secure systems with appropriate access controls, data governance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
