Job Purpose:

Achieving targeted Business deliverables for the allocated zone i.e. Product
Approval, Prescription sales, New Customer acquisition, New Geography
penetration, Channel Partner on boarding, Key Account Engagement Segment
Analysis, Managing effective pre-tender responses for products in LE umbrella.

Job Context:

This position is responsible for business development for North India region and
core base will be based in Nasik in line with sales budgets and aligned with the
organizational objectives.

Job Dimensions:

* There is an increase in the number of requirements of secondary distribution
products in India with various government launched schemes and LEI budget has
also increased by 20% on YOY basis

* It is important that this increased requirement is provided by a dedicated
manpower who is accustomed to working on various tenders.

* The Role will be permanent based in Delhi and taking care of the business of
Northern zone as decided from time to time and reporting to the Head Business
Development and Marketing.

Key Accountabilities:





* Proficient in RMU topology, protection schemes, and PSS to provide optimal
configuration guidance to customer.
* Actively promote RMU and PSS through prescription sales by influencing
consultants, utilities, and decision-makers to specify the company’s RMU in
tender BOQs.
* Securing approvals from utilities, consultants, and OEMs.
* Map potential customers and identify new streams / Markets and market
segments to generate business.
* Identify and allocate potential channel partners/ distributors for increased
channels to the market.
* New Geography, Recent segment penetration
* Organize product promotion activities, including RMU demos, capability
presentations, and product launches.
* Conduct technical seminars, consultant meets, workshops, and webinars to
create awareness and generate leads.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop brochures, case studies, videos, and
digital campaigns for RMU products.
