About the Role
Americana operates KFC across multiple markets in the Middle East, and our Digital Product team owns the mobile apps, self-service kiosks, and websites that power millions of customer orders. We're looking for a Digital Data Analytics Manager to lead the analytics function within the Digital Product team — owning the data strategy, instrumentation standards, and insight generation that guide product decisions across apps, kiosks, and web, across all our markets.
You'll manage a small team of analysts, set the standards for how we track and measure digital performance, and act as the primary bridge between data and product strategy for senior stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Own the digital analytics strategy across KFC apps, kiosks, and websites — defining what gets measured, how, and why, in support of product and business goals
Lead the tracking/instrumentation framework — setting standards for tracking plans, event taxonomies, and naming conventions that scale consistently across markets and platforms
Manage and mentor a team of data/digital analysts,



reviewing their work, setting priorities, and developing their skills
Oversee data quality and governance — ensuring GA4 events, parameters, and BigQuery pipelines are accurate, well-documented, and audited regularly across all markets
Drive the analytics roadmap, partnering with Engineering and Data Platform teams on tooling, pipeline improvements, and scalability of the data infrastructure supporting apps, kiosks, and web
Translate data into product strategy — presenting insights, recommendations, and performance narratives to senior product, marketing, and business leadership
Own reporting and dashboarding standards, ensuring stakeholders across markets have self-serve access to reliable, consistent metrics (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
Lead experimentation and testing strategy — working with Product Managers to define KPIs, set up A/B tests, and evaluate feature/release impact
