Employee Engagement & Culture -COE

You design and execute employee engagement initiatives as COE, running pulse surveys and translating insights into tangible actions that build belonging and morale across the organisation.
You champion Birla Pivot's culture tenets and values across every HR touchpoint as COE — from hiring to offboarding — building a solid sense of belonging across the organisation.

Driving Performance Management& Career Development

You drive the full performance review cycle for your cohort — from goal-setting and mid-year check-ins to final appraisals — ensuring calibration, fairness, and actionable feedback.




You identify high-potential employees, build individual development plans, and coach regional managers on performance conversations, improvement plans, and recognition frameworks.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

You own hiring for new and replacement roles across your business units — sourcing, screening, and closing quality talent on time.
You partner with leaders on workforce planning — forecasting headcount, mapping critical roles, and building talent pipelines ahead of demand.
You will be responsible for campus programs and hiring and developing young talent for your cohort.

HR Operations & Compliance

You ensure smooth execution of all HR processes — confirmations, transfers, separations, and policy adherence across South locations, managing grievance redressal and disciplinary matters with empathy and legal compliance.
