Job Summary
The IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing business applications that enable the organization's Facility Management operations. The role serves as the key interface between business users, operations teams, and application vendors to ensure business systems effectively support service delivery, workforce management, billing, compliance, and client requirements. The incumbent will drive application improvements, provide ground-level support, and ensure technology solutions align with evolving business processes and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the lifecycle of Facility Management applications, including CAFM, HRMS, Payroll, Attendance, Workforce Management, Billing, Asset Management, Helpdesk, Visitor Management, and Client Portal applications.
Provide first and second-level application support to corporate, regional, branch, and site operations teams, ensuring timely resolution of application issues.
Work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, Billing, Compliance, Procurement,



and Business Excellence teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
Gather, document, and validate functional requirements for new developments, process improvements, and application customization.
Coordinate with software vendors and development partners for application implementation, upgrades, enhancements, bug fixes, and system integrations.
Ensure applications are continuously upgraded to meet changing business requirements, client expectations, and statutory compliance.
Support implementation of current digital initiatives and process automation projects across facility operations.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test scenarios, validate system functionality, and coordinate successful production deployment.
Monitor application performance, identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
