Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and hands-on practical training to home service professionals on cleaning SOPs, hygiene standards, tools, chemicals, and machine handling
Train professionals on grooming, service etiquette, and customer interaction to ensure 5-star service delivery
Conduct assessments, certifications, and refresher training; track trainee performance and quality metrics
Create and continuously improve training content — SOPs, checklists, demo modules, and audit formats
Coach, mentor, and motivate trainees; support their growth into skilled, confident professionals
Conduct quality audits and on-field observations to identify skill gaps and close them through targeted interventions
Coordinate with operations and supply teams to meet training and onboarding targets
Who Should Apply
Bachelor's degree or 2-year Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management
4+ years of experience in housekeeping operations in hotels or facility management, at Executive level or above (Housekeeping Executive, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, Facility Manager, or similar)
Deep knowledge of cleaning SOPs, hygiene standards, chemicals, and equipment
Robust people management, communication, and presentation skills
Passion for teaching, coaching, and uplifting frontline professionals
Willingness to work from training centers and travel as required
