PwC India is expanding its Finance Transformation practice, and we’re looking for talented professionals across levels (Associate / Senior Associate / Manager/ Senior Manager / Director) to join our dynamic teams across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad

Ideal Candidates
Experience Range by Level:
Senior Associate: 4–7 yrs | Manager: 7–10 yrs | Senior Manager: 10–14 yrs | Director: 14–19 yrs
Finance process transformation across R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A;
Exposure to domestic clients and/or Global Capability Centre (GCC) clients
Strong client‑facing, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Experience in design and implementing:
Operating models for Finance
Digital finance initiatives
Business process reengineering
Product costing, finance insights, and management reporting

Technical knowhow (preferrable)
Functional understanding or implementation experience in SAP,



Oracle or other ERPs across Financials, P2P, O2C, GL, and Costing
Ability to leverage Data & analytics tools such as Power BI, Tablueau, etc. to drive business insights
Experience in Enterprise Performance Management tools such as Workday Adaptive, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream
A working knowledge of Close and Compliance tools like Blackline and Workiva would be an advantage

Educational Background
CA, CMA, CFA, CIMA, ICWA (preferred)
MBA / PGDM in Finance / Accounting / Management from reputed institutions
Graduates in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or Sciences
