Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with .NET Core, MVC, C#, SQL, WebAPI, and Dependency Injection, and will lead a team through full software development lifecycle, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, drive technical discussions, design reviews, and best practices in coding and architecture.
Architect, design, and implement backend solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and WebAPI.
Develop scalable, efficient, and secure APIs and microservices with clear separation of concerns.
Apply Dependency Injection, SOLID principles and design patterns for maintainable code.
Work closely with product owners, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful releases.
Ensure high code quality with strong unit testing, automated testing,



and code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimize performance and database interactions.
Participate in SDLC practices, including Agile/Scrum ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills & Experience
7 – 15 years of skilled software development experience with strong hands-on background in .NET technologies.
Expert in C#, .NET Core (ASP.NET Core), MVC, WebAPI (RESTful services).
Solid experience in SQL Server (schema, queries, performance tuning).
Strong understanding and practical experience with Dependency Injection frameworks and patterns.
Familiarity with modern development best practices (SOLID, TDD, CI/CD).
Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and guiding development teams.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
