The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing placement activities for students of the School of Engineering & Technology, while developing and maintaining long-term relationships with industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and cultivate strategic industry partnerships to expand the recruitment ecosystem and create sustainable hiring opportunities.
Strengthen long-term relationships with existing recruiters, CXOs, and HR leaders to ensure recurring campus engagement and preferred hiring status.
Lead the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of campus recruitment drives, internships, industry engagement initiatives, and hiring events.
Drive strategic interventions for student readiness, including last-mile preparation, assessment support,



and employability enhancement to maximize placement outcomes.
Collaborate with academic leadership and faculty to align curriculum, skill development, and industry expectations, thereby bridging the gap between corporate requirements and student aspirations.
Monitor market intelligence, emerging hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, sectoral demand, and placement analytics to inform institutional decision-making.
Establish placement targets, monitor performance metrics, analyse outcomes, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance placement quality and graduate success.
Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, compliance, and adherence to institutional policies, quality standards, and ethical practices in all placement-related activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Masters in a relevant discipline from a reputed institute
Min 8 years of relevant experience in a related role
