Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and execution-driven IPs & Events Producer to conceptualize, produce, and manage high-impact on-ground and virtual events, branded intellectual properties (IPs), and special initiatives for Republic Media Network. The role requires conceptualizing IPs, event production, and cross-functional coordination and in-depth understanding of broadcast and brand deliverables to create compelling experiences that align with editorial excellence and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and develop original event IPs, conclaves, summits, award shows, town halls, and branded experiences.
Create compelling event concepts, presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for clients and internal stakeholders.
Plan and execute end-to-end event production, including show flow, scripting, branding, and brand integrations.
Coordinate with editorial, production, marketing, sales, digital, graphics, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Develop event rundowns, speaker journeys, anchor scripts, AV concepts, and production schedules.




Drive innovative audience engagement ideas, experiential activations, and branded integrations.
Oversee TV and Digital deliverables, pre-event promotions, live event execution, and post-event content packaging for television and digital platforms.
Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables while ensuring quality control.
Stay updated on industry trends to develop new editorial and commercial IP opportunities.
Required Skills
3-7 years of experience in event production, media, television, branded content, or experiential marketing.
Strong understanding of television production, live broadcasts, and news programming.
Excellent presentation, storytelling, scripting, and communication skills.
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations, concept notes, and sponsorship proposals.
Solid project management and multitasking abilities.
