Job Description

Lead and mentor a team of Atlassian Platform Specialists, providing technical guidance, prioritization,



and career development.
Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of Jira Service Management and Jira Software.
Design and oversee complex projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, permissions, SLAs, request types, forms, and service portals.
Drive platform standardization, best practices, and scalable solutions across multiple business functions.
Partner with stakeholders across Check Point departments to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver impactful solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee platform performance, upgrades, integrations, security, and reliability while ensuring scalability and operational excellence.
Manage and prioritize the team's workload, balancing operational support, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related
