Job Description

Administer and configure Jira Service Management and Jira Software.
Design and maintain projects, workflows,



screens, custom fields, permissions, SLAs, request types, forms, and service portals.
Develop and maintain automation rules, dashboards, reports queues, and self-service solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Check Point departments to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Monitor system performance, manage platform upgrades, and apply best practices for platform reliability and scalability
Create and deploy AI based projects or solutions that enhance business operations, drive innovation, and improve decision making across various domains

Qualifications

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems, or a related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience administering Jira Service Management in a global company
Experience configuring Jira Service Management projects, request types, SLAs, workfl
