Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience to manage full-cycle hiring for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate is a people-first professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and brings a strong network within the tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, product, and business roles across levels
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and hackathon communities
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft compelling JDs
Screening & Interviewing
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, motivation, and compensation expectations
Coordinate and schedule interviews with cross-functional teams and leadership
Facilitate structured interview processes and provide evaluation frameworks to interviewers




Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Represent Hack2skill at career fairs, hackathons, and campus recruitment drives
Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer
Contribute to employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms
Data & Reporting
Track and report key recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness
Maintain accurate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Provide weekly hiring dashboards to HR leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a tech startup or product company
Proven track record of successfully hiring for engineering, data, product, and growth roles
Robust proficiency with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit,
