We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our global payroll team. In this role, you will oversee payroll operations across APAC ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee payroll experience. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver timely and compliant payroll while continuously improving processes.
What You’ll Do
Oversee the entire monthly payroll cycles across India, Australia, Japan, and Singapore.
Ensure accurate payrolls for new hires, exits, promotions, transfers and all types of variable pays.
Conduct audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.




Collaborate with HR and different stakeholders on onboarding documentation, monthly variable pay, and all monthly payroll inputs.
Monitor compliance with local payroll legislation and tax requirements.
Maintain up to date employee records in HRIS/payroll systems and support all employee payroll related inquiries.
Partner with third-party vendors and provide global payroll backup support.
Identify process improvements and strengthen payroll system controls.
Deliver professional customer service to employees and internal stakeholders.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field is preferred.
5+ years of payroll experience is a robust advantage.
Strong execution skills, analytical mindset, and attention to details with the ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
