About Zopper
Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the insurtech space. We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners. Based on the need of Business Partner, we create the Product i.e. customised insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customised Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customised APIs on our SAAS platform.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard schools/colleges for strategic partnerships.
Generate leads and build relationships with decision-makers, including Principals, Directors, Deans, Trustees, Placement Cells, Alumni Associations, and Management teams.
Schedule and conduct meetings to present and pitch our Health Insurance Program tailored for educational institutions.
Develop a solid pipeline of prospective institutions and manage the entire business development lifecycle.
Negotiate partnership terms and facilitate successful onboarding.
Collaborate with internal sales, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Represent the organization at education events, conferences, networking forums, and institutional engagements.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and partnership targets.
Stay updated on education sector trends and identify new business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Institutional Sales, or Client Acquisition. Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply.
