YOUR ROLE: Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of ADP’s HCM marketplace products, delivering solutions that create value for clients and the business. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and launch impactful products. Use customer insights, market trends, and data to prioritize features and optimize product performance. Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery while aligning cross-functional stakeholders. Bring robust product management expertise, customer focus, and analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and execute product strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery activities.
Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth.
Build and maintain a product roadmap based on customer value and business priorities.
Product Development & Execution
Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements; create specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with Engineering and Design throughout the development lifecycle
Leverage available tools to drive AI adoption into the product development lifecycle
Customer & Market Focus
Engage with customers to understand their pain points and requirements.
Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and industry trends.
Translate customer insights into impactful product features and enhancements.
Ensure product decisions are data-driven and aligned with market needs.
