Growth Marketing Manager — D2C Ethnic Fashion (Heritage Sarees)

At Nerige Story we work closely with India's artisans digging deep into India's artisanal heritage with a goal to reimagine and present traditional clothing in a way that is completely refreshing and unique. We are a rapidly growing bootstrapped D2C business and we are looking for a growth marketing manager to scale our business profitably to greater heights. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company that is on a rapid growth trajectory. This role will be an integral part of core team. The role will report directly to the co-founders.

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own the full growth engine for our heritage saree D2C brand — paid media, organic growth, and AI-driven marketing automation. This is not a strategy-only role. You will personally run campaigns, write copy, build dashboards, and test — while also thinking like a business owner about CAC, LTV, and contribution margin.




You'll operate with real autonomy in a founder-led company with no dedicated developer — so you should be comfortable getting your hands dirty, using AI tools to move rapid, and owning outcomes rather than tasks.

What You'll Own
Paid Media (40%)
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Google Merchant Centre feed health
Run and scale Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) — creative testing, audience strategy, budget allocation
Own ROAS, CAC, and blended CAC targets across channels; report weekly against benchmarks
Manage monthly ad spend efficiently and scale budgets based on performance, not guesswork
Organic Growth (20%)
Own SEO — technical, on-page, content — for the website
Own AI SEO/GEO (getting the brand surfaced and cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
Build and manage content, influencer, and UGC pipelines to reduce paid dependency over time
