ROLE PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to build organizational capability by designing, driving and governing Learning & Development strategies across field, operations, sales and corporate functions, thereby enhancing employee skills, productivity, safety and readiness for growth.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, implement and continuously improve the organization's L&D; strategy in alignment with business goals across farming operations, sales, and corporate teams.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with business heads and site/farm managers.
• Design and roll out structured onboarding and induction programs for new hires, including seasonal, field and territory staff.
• Develop technical, functional and safety training programs (agronomy practices, equipment handling, agrochemical safety, biosecurity and regulatory compliance).
• Build and deliver leadership and managerial development programs for supervisors, area managers and high-potential talent.
• Own and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) — content upload, tracking, reporting and user adoption.




• Track and report training effectiveness through KPIs such as completion rates, assessment scores, and impact on productivity/safety/sales metrics.
• Manage the annual L&D; calendar and vendor relationships.
• Ensure all training content and delivery comply with applicable labour, safety and agricultural regulatory standards.
• Any other responsibility as assigned by the reporting manager, including Country/Division-level projects.
