About Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Cybersecurity Practice Solutions to lead the creation of next-generation security offerings and drive solutioning, innovation, and go-to-market excellence within our Security Practice. The incumbent will be a hands-on practice leader who conceptualizes and builds new security offerings, shapes winning solutions for client RFIs/RFPs/proposals, and establishes GTM motions through partnerships and alliances. The role is deeply client-facing — engaging in technical defense meetings, demonstrating the “art of the possible” through demos and Points-of-View (PoVs) around innovative and complex use cases, and showcasing Persistent’s depth and breadth across the cybersecurity landscape. The individual will be a compelling communicator and articulator (written and verbal), equally at ease ideating with clients and internal sales/delivery teams as they are defending solutions at the proposal and CXO level.

What You'll Do:

Conceptualize, design, and build next-generation security offerings and reusable solution accelerators aligned to emerging market needs and Persistent’s strategic priorities.
Lead solutioning for client RFIs, RFPs, and proposals — owning solution architecture, effort estimation, differentiators, win themes, and technical narratives.
Build and drive GTM strategy through partnerships and alliances (OEMs, hyperscalers, security ISVs), including joint offerings, co-sell motions, and alliance-led pipeline.
Create demos, Proof-of-Value (PoV), and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) assets around creative and complex security use cases to demonstrate business and technical impact.
Engage in client technical defense meetings and orals, articulating the “art of the possible” and positioning Persistent’s depth and breadth across the security portfolio.
