Role Purpose
The Senior Implementation Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for leading infrastructure readiness, environment assessment, security alignment, connectivity validation, compliance verification, and operational readiness activities across customer implementations of products and solutions.
The role serves as the implementation infrastructure lead, ensuring customer-specific infrastructure requirements, security controls, environment configurations, connectivity dependencies, data handling requirements, and operational standards are aligned with platform architecture and implementation requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Working closely with Implementation Architects, Program Managers, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Customer Infrastructure Teams, Security Teams, Product Teams, and Support Teams, the Senior Implementation Infrastructure Engineer drives infrastructure readiness, security compliance, environment governance, operational preparedness, and successful customer go-lives.

Key Responsibilities




· Lead infrastructure readiness and setting assessment activities across multiple concurrent customer implementations.
· Conduct customer infrastructure discovery sessions to understand hosting models, network architecture, security controls, identity management frameworks, operational processes, and compliance requirements.
· Assess customer environments against deployment, integration, security, and operational requirements.
· Define and maintain infrastructure readiness standards, environment onboarding processes, and implementation governance practices.
· Collaborate with customer infrastructure, architecture, and security teams to establish required connectivity, access controls, and operational dependencies.
· Support implementation and deployment readiness for Camunda workflows, FEEL business rules, Apache Camel integrations, form.io forms, n8n automation workflows, APIs, and platform components.
