About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of billing platforms and client-facing billing solutions within a global payments and risk management environment. The role focuses on delivering accurate, scalable, and compliant billing experiences that support revenue operations and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have robust product management experience in payments, fintech, banking, billing, or revenue management, with expertise in driving product execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions in an agile environment. The role requires ownership of product strategy, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement of billing capabilities to meet evolving business and customer needs.

What You'll Do:

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for billing products, from inception and requirements through delivery and iteration




Define and maintain the billing product roadmap, aligned with business objectives, client needs, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver accurate, scalable, and auditable billing solutions
Serve as Scrum Product Owner for billing product squads, including prioritizing features, managing the product backlog, and participating in scrum ceremonies
Gather and synthesize requirements from internal stakeholders, regional teams, and clients to inform product decisions
Define clear product requirements addressing invoice accuracy, fee transparency, dispute management, and settlement workflows
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and client feedback
Support resolution of client billing escalations and disputes by working cross-functionally across Technology, Finance, and Client Services
