Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Supply Planning & Execution
Formulate and maintain comprehensive supply plans across wafer fabrication, assembly, and test phases, balancing customer backlog and demand forecasts against manufacturing capacity.
Direct production schedules, managing wafer starts and releases to consistently meet customer commitments and corporate revenue targets.




Optimize global inventory health, strategically balancing customer service levels with working capital and inventory-turn targets.
Partner Collaboration & Capacity Management
Collaborate closely with foundries and OSATs to build and execute resilient manufacturing plans, ensuring sufficient capacity to meet rolling business requirements.
Lead regular operational reviews with external suppliers to monitor build plans, vendor performance, and risk-mitigation activities.
Act as the primary escalation point for manufacturing, capacity, and delivery bottlenecks, coordinating cross-functional actions for timely resolution.
Risk Management & Analytics
Proactively identify supply chain risks including material shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery disruptions, and drive alignment with internal teams and external partners.
