Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Communicates the status and outcome of any emergency, property condition, safety issues, and other notable items to the PM as soon as practicable.
Ensures that all employees are properly trained, that they are performing their assigned duties, and that they have the necessary equipment and resources to do their jobs.
Follow budgetary guidelines and make sure that all inventory purchases are approved by the PM and that they are made following established purchasing procedures.
Maintain a safe working environment and educate employees on proper safety procedures.
