Position Overview:
Americana operates 10 brands including KFC, PH, HRD across multiple markets in the Middle East, and our Digital Product team owns mobile apps, self-service kiosks, and websites that power millions of customer orders. We're looking for a Junior Digital Data Analyst to support our Digital Product team in tracking, analysing, and reporting on how customers use our apps, kiosks, and websites.
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their product career who wants to learn how to build and ship digital products on a scale, working closely with design, engineering, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Product Manager in defining and prioritizing the roadmap for apps, kiosks, and websites across markets
Write explicit user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for features, and help translate business needs into product specs
Coordinate with engineering, design, and QA to keep feature development on track, unblock issues, and manage release timelines
Help run sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews) alongside engineering teams




Partner with the Data Analytics team to define success metrics for new features and monitor performance post-launch (conversion, engagement, funnel drop-off, etc.)
Support UAT and QA testing of new features and releases across apps, kiosks, and web before launch
Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market-specific requirements, and competitor insights to inform product decisions
Help coordinate cross-market rollouts, ensuring features are localized and configured correctly for each country
Maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal communication around feature updates
Assist with A/B tests and experiments, helping set them up, monitor them, and summarize results

Key Requirements
2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, or a related digital/tech role (internships and rotational program experience count)
Strong written and verbal commun
