About Position:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Direct Tax team. The role involves managing direct tax compliances, tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, tax reporting, and supporting business stakeholders on taxation matters while ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations

What You'll Do:

You will be responsible for supporting direct tax compliance activities, tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, tax reporting, and stakeholder advisory while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Prepare and analyze tax-related data from ERP systems for compliance and reporting.
Support direct tax and transfer pricing audits.
File income tax returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.
Assist in tax planning and advisory activities.
Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation.




Support taxation-related processes within accounting and IT systems.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve tax-related matters.
Ensure adherence to ethical accounting and taxation practices.
Contribute to team objectives and process improvement initiatives

Expertise you will bring:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in direct taxation, transfer pricing, and tax compliance. The candidate should possess analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a dynamic business environment.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
23 years of experience in Direct Taxation.
Strong knowledge of corporate tax laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in tax audits and transfer pricing documentation.
Proficiency in ERP and computerized accounting systems.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
