About the Role:
As a Lead – Analytics, you will own analytics for key business workstreams while managing and mentoring a team of junior analysts. You will be responsible not only for delivering high-quality insights but also for building team capability, ensuring analytical rigor, and driving a robust data culture across the organization. This role combines hands-on analytics, stakeholder management, and people leadership in a high-growth e-pharma environment





What Qualities Are We Looking For:
● Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical approaches and outcomes
● Proven experience in building and delivering decision-ready insights via dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses
● Experience designing and leading analytical projects aligned to business objectives
e.g., improving conversion, order value, retention, repeat behavior, and operational efficiency
● Deep understanding of metric definition, tracking, and measurement frameworks
● Experience building automated reporting and alerting systems
● High ownership mindset with strong focus on data quality, instrumentation, and governance
● Excellent stakeholder communication and storytelling skills
● Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and upskilling junior analysts
