Role Description The Creative Experience Designer (Events & Brand Experience) is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The role involves conceptualizing and designing event and brand experiences that align with client objectives and audience needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative concepts, creating visual and experiential design layouts, collaborating with event production, marketing, and client teams,



and ensuring cohesive brand storytelling across physical and digital touchpoints. The designer will translate business and communication goals into engaging event journeys, prepare presentation decks and mood boards, and refine concepts based on feedback. The role also includes staying updated on industry trends, exploring innovative formats for corporate and social events, and contributing to digital and social media-driven brand experiences.
Qualifications
Transform concepts into compelling visual experiences through presentations, mood boards, event branding, layouts, and creative design. Proficiency in Visual Design for events and brand communication, including layout, typography, and storytelling across multiple formats.
Strong foundation in Design Thinking, with the ability to translate insights into innovative event and brand experience concepts.
