As a Manager of Technical Product Management within our People Analytics team, you will play a critical role in partnering closely with People Business Partners (PBP) and associated human resources functions. You will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Core HR Reporting Product Roadmap, ensuring our products align with stakeholder goals and deliver actionable, data-driven insights. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional delivery leads, analytics consultants,
and data science teams to create innovative and advanced reporting solutions. Using modern Agile methodologies and cutting-edge analytics tools like Power BI, Domo, and Tableau, you will drive transparency, enhance user experience, and establish robust feedback channels to continually evolve our product offerings.
