As a Senior Data Analyst on our People Analytics team, you will collaborate closely with People Business Partners (PBP) and associated functions to define, implement, and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards. In this role, you will lead people data quality initiatives, manage data lineage, and establish catalogs and metric dictionaries to ensure our people data is accurate, consistent, and securely accessible. Working in a fast-paced and cooperative environment,



you will use cutting-edge data analysis tools (such as Domo, Power BI, and Tableau) and data governance tools (such as Collibra, Informatica, and Atlan) to improve data quality and drive strategic decision-making.
