Profile Summary
The main responsibility of the Order Reconciliation Team Lead is to ensure quality and timely results in accordance with the department’s KPIs, through the teams they manage. To achieve the targets set by the department, the Team Lead must inspire and motivate team members,establish high-performance standards, acknowledge and validate team members' efforts and contributions, and ensure effective interaction among team members. It is also important to ensure a trusting and respectful work environment.
