Objective.
Drive digital transformation and adoption initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing the overall design in this area across the functional domains of demand, supply, capacity and material planning and working closely with Lead Digital Transformation.

Major Activities / Tasks
Drive digital transformation and analytics.
Develop a robust process design for ensuring the end to planning happens in the most efficient and manner that delivers the business objectives
The design should be robust, scalable and replicable for all units
The design should also be catering to the specific requirements of API and formulations and each market.
Drive the implementation after working with multiple stake holders.
Ensure the testing of the solutions are done by each user.
Ensure the right reports are identified and developed
Drive issue resolutions and de bottlenecking to ensure the project timelines and business objectives are met.
Drive change management and adoption
Design all activities related to change management




Responsible for ensuring all the users are trained and are able to adopt the new processes
Manage / engage multiple stakeholders who are involved
Provide direction to the demand and supply planning functional leads in a CoE setup
Provide guidance for the extended team members.
Effectively manage the relationship with the implementation partners and their teams.

Educational qualifications:
BE/BTech OR MBA with 5y of experience in total.

Relevant experience:
Experience in SAP IBP. Robust knowledge of SAP ECC systems as well as very good functional knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices from the industry. Team Handling experience is a plus.

Skill set:
Strong communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, ability to influence cross functional stakeholders, project management skills, entrepreneurial mindset to drive impact in new areas, digital mindset and change management experience.
