Position Overview
We are seeking an expert Solution Architect for our Application Modernization Practice. In this role,



you will be the technical visionary and strategist responsible for analyzing complex, legacy software landscapes and mapping out their evolution into modern, distributed, cloud-native systems.
You will operate as a trusted advisor to client CXOs and technology leaders, evaluating their "as-is" systems and defining the optimal migration and modernization strategies (Re-platforming, Refactoring, Re-architecting). You will lead technical discovery, design high- and low-level software architectures, and guide our engineering teams through the flawless execution of these transformation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
Legacy Discovery & Assessment: Lead comprehensive technical assessments of clients' legacy application portfolios. Evaluate codebase quality, architectural bottlenecks, database dependencies, and business logic to determine modernization feasibility and risk profiles.
