- End-to-End Delivery Ownership: The candidate must demonstrate the ability to own delivery execution, customer outcomes, commercials, and team leadership.
- Technical Credibility: A strong understanding of modern Data & AI ecosystems is essential, including expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, Cloud, Data Engineering, Analytics, and GenAI.
- Large Program Delivery Excellence: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex fixed-price and T&M; engagements, ensuring robust governance, quality, and financial accountability.
- Customer & Business Orientation: The ability to engage with CXOs, understand business objectives, and translate technology initiatives into measurable business outcomes is crucial.
- Leadership Through Change: Candidates should possess learning agility, an AI-first mindset, decisive execution, and the capability to build and lead high-performing teams in a rapidly evolving environment.
